REFUND POLICY

Once your purchase is complete and stwitemsoficial.shop has received your payment a member of our delivery team will make contact via email, text or through live chat to establish delivery with the buyer.

You are fully within your rights to ask for a refund once payment is fully processed and before the order is delivered to you without any condition.

The order will be closed on our end and a refund will be issued back to the card that was used to pay for the order. Please keep in mind it could take up to 7 business days for it to show up on your statement.

You will not be eligible for a refund if the correct items were delivered to you as these are digital products that can’t be returned. All sales will be final & complete once your items are delivered to your epic games account.

All deliveries and conversations via live chat & emails are recorded in case of any issues of people claiming they have not received their items. Any false claims will be passed on to authorities and pursued by us to the fullest extent of the law.
